😊 I’m taking a bold step today, pulling on my bravest boots, and asking you to join me as an ally in tech!In the tech world, stepping into the spotlight can be a challenge, especially for women. As a coach to numerous aspiring individuals in tech, I’ve witnessed the courage it takes to make your voice heard. ✨I want to acknowledge that not everyone will recognize or experience these challenges. Each journey is unique, and many find supportive and positive environments in tech. 🙏Today, I’m sharing not only the moments of success but also the harsh realities some of us face. From being told “you’re not technical enough,” to outdated insults like “go back to the kitchen,” and much worse—these obstacles are very real and deeply frustrating. 😡Together, we focus on the positives and champion each other’s right to be ourselves, unapologetically.
